| ECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated May 27, 1986 (People v Medina, 120 AD2d 749), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered February 27, 1981, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated March 13, 2012, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court dated March 13, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
