Renewed motion by the appellant to enjoin the defendant from distributing the subject lottery installment payment to the respondent and to enjoin the respondent from selling, transferring or hypothecating the installment payment or future installment payments, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated May 15, 2012.
