Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 21, 2012, and to parole them to their mother's care and custody, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants shall perfect the appeal on or before August 13, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their briefs, if any, on or before September 12, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before September 24, 2012.
