Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from the judgment of the Monroe County Court rendered February 15, 2008 and the order of Monroe County Court entered August 1, 2011, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Lawrence L. Kasperek, Esq. dated June 12, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Leslie E. Swift, Esq. dated June 22, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal from the judgment rendered February 15, 2008 (KA 08-00845) and the order entered August 1, 2011 (KA 11-01802) are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that appellant perfect the appeals on or before September 24, 2012, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
