Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve briefs on appeals taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on July 14, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Richard P. Valentine, Esq., sworn to June 7, 2012, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that respondent shall serve and file the briefs on or before July 6, 2012, the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 9, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 8, 2012, and inserting in its place the date July 6, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept the briefs for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 9, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 25, 2012, and inserting in its place the date July 23, 2012.
