Motion by plaintiff for an enlargement of time to serve and file papers in opposition to defendant's application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this court from an order dated February 8, 2012, which denied defendant's CPL 440.10 motion to vacate a judgment rendered April 13, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that plaintiff's motion is granted and the opposing papers are deemed timely served and filed.
