Motion by appellants on appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 23, 2011 (appeal no. 2011-1734 K C) and January 17, 2012 (appeal no. 2012-1338 K C), to consolidate the appeals, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals, and for other relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeals are consolidated solely for the purpose of disposition of this motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of appellants' motion seeking to consolidate the appeals and a preference in the calendaring of the appeals are denied without prejudice to renewal after appeal no. 2012-1338 K C is perfected; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
