Application by Holly Lacey Kane, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 16, 2008, under the name H. Lacey Kane, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Holly Lacey Kane Carroll.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from H. Lacey Kane to Holly Lacey Kane Carroll, effective immediately.
