| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to waive the motion filing fees on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 7, 2010, and a judgment of the same court also dated September 7, 2010, and to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeals. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to waive the motion filing fee and for leave to amend her brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to waive the motion filing fee are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeals and for leave to amend the appellant's brief are denied with leave to renew on or before July 26, 2012, upon payment of the motion filing fees.
