Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 27, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellant's time to serve and file a replacement brief is enlarged until July 16, 2012, and the appellant's replacement brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 17, 2012, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
