ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 2, 2012, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered April 14, 2010, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the following: "(5) October 10, 2008, J. Braslow;" and substituting therefor the following: "(5) October 6, 2008, J. Braslow;".
