In the Matter of Ahmed Elkholy, respondent,

v Esther Brana, appellant.

(Docket No. F-9280-10)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Esther Brana from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 29, 2011, and June 29, 2011, respectively. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 15, 2012, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals was enlarged until June 15, 2012. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeals.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2], 670.8[e]) and prior order of the Court.

MASTRO, A.P.J., DICKERSON, SGROI and MILLER, JJ., concur.
