Appeal by Administration for Children's Services from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 23, 2012. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Susan Gerner, Esq., dated June 15, 2012, it is
ORDERED that the respondent Lisfrank Rosario is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal on his behalf:

(2) the respondent Lisfrank Rosario is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact that respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
