Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Wayne County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on September 19, 2011, and January 4, 2012, and the attorney for the children having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve her brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Elizabeth A. Sammons, Esq., sworn to June 20, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of Tyson Blue, Esq., dated June 22, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
