Application by the respondent MK, LLC, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated September 20, 2011. Separate application by the respondents Kane Is Able, Inc., and Kane Freight Lines, Inc., for the same relief.
