Motion by appellant to vacate a decision and order of this court dated July 18, 2011, which dismissed an appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated February 22, 2010, and to consolidate this appeal with Appeal No. 2011-848 K C.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to vacate the decision and order of this court dated July 18, 2011 is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to consolidate this appeal with Appeal No. 2011-848 K C is denied as academic.
