Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered March 3, 2010, to expand the judgment roll to include all the transcripts of the Criminal Court's proceedings in which the matter was adjourned.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the Criminal Court stenographers shall within 30 days of the date of this decision and order provide the Legal Aid Society with the transcripts of all proceedings in which the matter was adjourned.
