DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2011-1940 N C
In The Matter of Phyllis Ringel, Respondent, v 11 Wooleys Lane Housing Corp. and J.C. Management, LLC, Appellants.

Appeal from so much of a decision of the District Court of Nassau County, Second District, dated April 13, 2011, as, upon awarding appellants judgment in the principal sum of $2,357.63 upon their counterclaim for rent arrears, declined to award appellants judgment upon their counterclaim for attorney's fees.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see UDCA 1702). Appellants' remedy, if they be so advised, is to cause a judgment to be entered and to appeal therefrom.
