Application by the appellant Michael Mezansky pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 15, 2011, and February 10, 2012, respectively. Separate application by the appellant McFadden's Bar also known as McFadden's Saloon to enlarge its time to perfect its appeal from the order dated December 15, 2011. Separate application by the appellant Angela Penebre for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until September 17, 2012, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
