Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings to evict her from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 22, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and all proceedings to evict the appellant from the subject premises are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
