On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 5, 2012, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered October 20, 2011, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Suffolk County", and substituting therefor the words "Westchester County".
