DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the plaintiff to waive the motion filing fee and "for permission to make a [m]otion to offer a lien" in the sum of $3,561.42. The plaintiff's prior motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated May 24, 2011, which affirmed an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, entered March 24, 2010, was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 8, 2012, her motion for reargument of that motion was denied by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 6, 2012, and her renewed motion was denied by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 15, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the plaintiff is precluded from making further motions in this Court concerning Appellate Division Docket No. 2012-00232 without prior leave of the Court.
