Motion by Donald Rozz for leave to appeal to this Court from (1) an order of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, dated February 9, 2012, which affirmed a judgment of the First District Court, Nassau County, entered June 18, 2010, and (2) an order of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, also dated February 9, 2012, which affirmed a judgment of the First District Court, Nassau County, also entered June 18, 2010.
