Appeal by Brianna L. and Elijah L., and separate appeal by Marie A., from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 22, 2012.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the notice of appeal filed by Brianna L. and Elizjah L. from a decision of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 21, 2012, is deemed to be a notice of appeal from the order dated May 22, 2012 (see CPLR 5512); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall perfect their appeals on or before August 13, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file its brief, if any, on or before September 12, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall serve and file reply briefs, if any, on or before September 24, 2012.
