ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 8, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated March 31, 2011, and a judgment of the same court dated May 26, 2011, is amended by (1) adding to the caption thereof Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-06927, and (2) adding to the end of the preamble thereof the words "and a judgment of the same court dated May 26, 2011."
