Motion by the respondents Nassau University Medical Center, J. Delarosa, and C. Ionnoau on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 21, 2012, and three orders of the same court all dated February 21, 2012, to dismiss the appeal from the order dated February 21, 2012, docketed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2012-03622 on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of an appealing party (see CPLR 5511).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal from the order dated February 21, 2012, docketed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2012-03622 is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511).
