Motion by the appellant for reargument of a motion pursuant to CPL 460.50 for a stay of execution of a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered December 7, 2010, and to release the appellant on his own recognizance, or in the alternative, to fix reasonable bail, which was denied by decision and order on motion dated October 3, 2011.
