Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Thomas N. Martin, Esq., dated June 28, 2012, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 2, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 29, 2012, and inserting in its place the date August 28, 2012.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeals will be granted.
