Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on August 8, 2011, and September 19, 2011, and the attorney for the child having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Ralph G. DeMasi, Esq., dated June 29, 2012, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before September 4, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
