| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from an order and a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both dated April 13, 2011, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix, and to compel the respondent to furnish her with copies of all trial exhibits in his possession.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before August 9, 2012, the respondent shall provide the appellant with copies of all trial exhibits in his possession and on or before August 30, 2012, the appellant shall file copies of those exhibits with the Clerk of the Court.
