| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, entered July 8, 2011, January 6, 2012, January 17, 2012, respectively, in effect, to stay his obligation to pay child support in accordance with the order entered July 8, 2011, and to stay enforcement of the order entered January 17, 2012, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals are consolidated and the parties shall file 11 copies of their respective briefs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
