Motion by Immigrant Defense Project to enlarge the time to serve and file an amicus curiae brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 16, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the amicus curiae brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the parties' time to file reply briefs to the amicus curiae brief, if they be so advised, is enlarged until July 31, 2012.
