Motion by appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered November 22, 2011, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renewal upon proper papers.

Appellant has failed to furnish this court with the financial information necessary to determine whether he is indigent, leaving blank most of the application for poor person relief.
