ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated June 18, 2012, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 9, 2011, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the date "September 11, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "September 11, 2012".
