Motion by John Glusko for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated February 27, 2012, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel, and to consolidate that appeal with an appeal from an order of the same court dated February 21, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
