| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 15, 2000, which was determined by an opinion and order of this Court dated September 8, 2003 (People v Morales, 308 AD2d 229), pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief in connection with an application for a writ of error coram nobis, in which the appellant was granted leave to serve and file a brief by decision and order of this Court dated October 4, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the reply brief shall be served and field on or before July 24, 2012.
