| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Ted Doukas, WKYA Holding Corporation, MD STAT, LLC, and Telcor Co., LLC, on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 3, 2009, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated June 13, 2012, to dismiss the appeal and cross appeal from the order dated September 3, 2009, on the ground that they have been rendered academic. Motion by Douglas Stein, inter alia, to enlarge the record on the appeal and cross appeal from the order dated September 3, 2009, to include the order dated June 13, 2012, and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
