DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Debra Muller-Harris from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated September 15, 2011, and December 23, 2011, respectively. By order to show cause dated June 15, 2012, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled proceeding for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 4, 2012.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 4, 2012 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]).
