Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 27, 2012, to relieve assigned counsel and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to relieve assigned counsel is denied as unnecessary as the respondent is retaining a new attorney; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
