Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 7, 2010, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 16, 2012, inter alia, to vacate a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens Court, court dated October 10, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is precluded from making any further motions in connection with the above-entitled appeal without obtaining prior leave of Court.
