Motion by respondent pro se for the assignment of counsel to respond to an appeal by the People from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 27, 2012, and, in effect, to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
