It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 19, 2012 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date April 18, 2012 and inserting in place thereof the date August 24, 2012, (see People v Sher, 35 NY2d 310).
