DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant Marshall Kaminer, in effect, for leave to renew his prior motion to enlarge the record on appeals from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated October 18, 2010, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 18, 2012, and for leave to reargue his prior motion to strike stated portions of the respondents' appendix and brief which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 11, 2012, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief is granted and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before August 10, 2012; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
