Motion by the appellant pro se, in effect, to award him temporary custody of, or visitation with, the subject children pending the hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered June 14, 2012, and for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to serve a complete copy of the motion papers in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
