DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Olban Gonzales from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered August 12, 2010. The appellant's application for leave to file a supplemental pro se brief was approved on March 12, 2012, and he was directed to serve and file the brief on or before July 2, 2012.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appellant's application for leave to file a supplemental pro se brief is denied.

The appellant has failed to file a supplemental pro se brief although afforded sufficient opportunity to do so.
