| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by the plaintiffs from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 31, 2011, and separate appeal by the defendants Geoffrey S. Matherson, Geoffrey S. Matherson and Assoc., Ltd., and Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation from an order of the same court dated January 6, 2012.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the plaintiffs shall perfect their appeal on or before August 7, 2012, by serving and filing a joint record or appendix and a brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that the defendants shall serve and file a brief responding to the plaintiffs appeal and raising any arguments relating to the appeal by the defendants Geoffrey S. Matherson, Geoffrey S. Matherson and Assoc., Ltd., and Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation on or before September 12, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the plaintiffs shall serve and file a reply brief on or before October 17, 2012; and the defendants Geoffrey S. Matherson, Geoffrey S. Matherson and Assoc., Ltd., and Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation, shall serve and file their reply brief on or before November 2, 2012.
