ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 24, 2012, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 23, 2011, is amended by adding after the first decretal paragraph thereof the following paragraph:
"ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before September 13, 2012; and it is further,"
