Motion by the plaintiffs for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 26, 2012, and, inter alia, to enjoin the defendants from competing with the plaintiffs or soliciting the plaintiffs' customers, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
