| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants Hush Electrical Contracting and Pedro Jaime to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered March 23, 2012. Separate motion by the appellant Town of Orangetown to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and for a preference in the calendering of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion of the appellants Hush Electrical Contracting and Pedro Jaime, and the branch of the separate motion of the Town of Orangetown, which are to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeals are granted, and the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the Town of Orangetown is otherwise denied.
