ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 23, 2012, in the above-entitled appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 25, 2011, and an order of the same court dated June 6, 2012, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "July 25, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "July 25, 2011".
